The first layer is a traditional, thick hook-and-loop strap. We made it fully adjustable, so you can get the size just right. And it's designed to fit every knee. One strap wraps around your shin and the other around your thigh, stabilizing the pads. On top of the hook-and-loop straps, we added an elastic buckle strap that stops your pads from moving around.
